Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Warranty

• Cancellations and Returns: Any HeavySwing order can be cancelled prior to shipment, or can be returned in new, unused and original condition within 30 days from the purchase date, for whatever reason. Simply contact us for return shipping instructions.
• Exchanges: Within 30 days of purchase, if you feel that a HeavySwing product is not the proper size and is in slightly used but good condition, contact us to discuss options for exchanging your product for a different model.
• Warranty: All HeavySwing products are warrantied for one (1) year against defects in material and workmanship under standard wear and tear. Warranty on natural wood components is limited to 30 days, while damage caused by uncommon usage or abuse or superficial damage to the appearance of the product are not covered under our standard warranty.
